Efrem Gonzales founded the company in 2010 on the principle of putting the customer first. Our solutions reduce complexity, simplify device compliance, and enhance network security.

Meet Our Team
Efrem Gonzales
As the Founder and CEO of Tec-Refresh, Inc., Efrem brings more than 25 years of executive experience with leading software and security vendors. Efrem focuses on helping companies and cities around the nation to build a highly secure and intelligent platform for the digital world.
Prior to founding Tec-Refresh, Inc., he held management positions at Check Point Software, Fortinet, and several other security startups. Additionally, he served as Channel Sales Director where he led the Worldwide Sales and Partner Organizations while assisting drive and execute global market expansion strategies, development, training, negotiations, sales, and management. Efrem was an integral part in leading product development and product marketing functions while helping pioneer the use of highly parallel hardware and software technology.
In his spare time, Efrem enjoys running, cooking, and spending time with his family.
Efrem grew up in Los Angeles, CA and received an education in Business Finance.
Jessica Giglio
By focusing on establishing quality, financial, and operational standards, Jessica produces a positive impact on the overall performance of Tec-Refresh, Inc. as the Co-founder and Vice President. She continually pursues building a culture of positivity and inclusion within the organization.
Jessica has held numerous positions in several startup organizations as a key member in the strategic planning and leadership, corporate communications, operations management, finance and budgeting, and executive management.
When away from work, Jessica enjoys literature, music, and spending quality time with family.
Miguel Martinez
With an education in Information Systems and Cybersecurity, Miguel is indispensable and a distinctive member at Tec-Refresh, Inc. Bringing over 15 years of security and network experience, Miguel focuses on developing security strategies using practical experience to provide effective and secure solutions.
Originally from Orange County, CA, Miguel managed information security governance, risk, and operations for local governments and large corporations. He was responsible for the execution and management of penetration testing for external and internal networks across the globe.
After work hours, Miguel enjoys wireless analysis and hacking (W6BIT) and also spending time with his family.
Cory Holmes
With over 13 years of IT experience, Cory focuses on visibility, continuity, and advisory services in network security and infrastructure. He acts as a liaison between customers and the Tec-Refresh sales and technical teams by providing a real world perspective.
Cory grew up in Orange County, CA, received a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems and Cybersecurity, and served in the United States Air Force as the lead Cyber Systems Operator. Through this position, he was responsible for installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining tactical networks at remote locations by building a network from the ground up.
Time apart from work means Cory is enjoying time with his family.
Stephen Carabajal
As the Director of Sales at Tec-Refresh, Stephen brings in 7+ years of account management, partner relation management, and business development. Stephen has found himself in many roles from startup organizations to large enterprise organizations, which has allowed him to bring his expertise in to day-to-day conversations.
Prior to joining Tec-Refresh, Stephen worked with ADP as District Manager in the Major Accounts space. He has a strong vertical focus on healthcare as he began his career with a healthcare startup company that produced radiology software technology. Stephen started with Tec-Refresh and quickly fell in line with the day-to-day activities and is excited to be a part of the growing company.
In his spare time, Stephen enjoys exercise, playing golf, and cooking with family.
Stephen grew up in Albuquerque, NM, played NCAA collegiate baseball through college and graduated with a degree in Business Administration, Management.
Mike Tammaro
Having graduated with two bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Economics, Michael seeks to utilize his background in finance, real estate accounting, and project management to become a core and reliable member of the Tec-Refresh team.
Michael was previously employed at Cisco Systems as a Junior Project Manager under the Global Sales and Partner Program department and is excited to continue to learn and hone his skills within the tech industry.
Time away from work means Michael will be playing or watching sports and spending time with family.
Mike Hang
With over 15 years of experience in Information Technology, Mike focuses on system reliability, continuity, and advisory services for Microsoft products such as Active Directory, Exchange, Azure, Microsoft 365, and SQL. He is also well-versed in workflow improvement and process automation.
Growing up between Los Angeles and Orange counties, Mike received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Information Systems Decision Science at California State University, Fullerton. He has architected and managed multiple on-premises and cloud data centers for commercial and government customers, some requiring strict compliance requirements such as International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Service Organization Control 2 (SOC2).
Outside of work, Mike likes to keep up with technology content creators to discover what’s new in the tech world.
