As the Founder and CEO of Tec-Refresh, Inc., Efrem brings more than 25 years of executive experience with leading software and security vendors. Efrem focuses on helping companies and cities around the nation to build a highly secure and intelligent platform for the digital world. 

Prior to founding Tec-Refresh, Inc., he held management positions at Check Point Software, Fortinet, and several other security startups. Additionally, he served as Channel Sales Director where he led the Worldwide Sales and Partner Organizations while assisting drive and execute global market expansion strategies, development, training, negotiations, sales, and management. Efrem was an integral part in leading product development and product marketing functions while helping pioneer the use of highly parallel hardware and software technology.

 In his spare time, Efrem enjoys running, cooking, and spending time with his family. 

Efrem grew up in Los Angeles, CA and received an education in Business Finance.

By focusing on establishing quality, financial, and operational standards, Jessica produces a positive impact on the overall performance of Tec-Refresh, Inc. as the Co-founder and Vice President. She continually pursues building a culture of positivity and inclusion within the organization. 

Jessica has held numerous positions in several startup organizations as a key member in the strategic planning and leadership, corporate communications, operations management, finance and budgeting, and executive management. 

When away from work, Jessica enjoys literature, music, and spending quality time with family. 

With an education in Information Systems and Cybersecurity, Miguel is indispensable and a distinctive member at Tec-Refresh, Inc. Bringing over 15 years of security and network experience, Miguel focuses on developing security strategies using practical experience to provide effective and secure solutions.

Originally from Orange County, CA, Miguel managed information security governance, risk, and operations for local governments and large corporations. He was responsible for the execution and management of penetration testing for external and internal networks across the globe. 

After work hours, Miguel enjoys wireless analysis and hacking (W6BIT) and also spending time with his family.

With over 13 years of IT experience, Cory focuses on visibility, continuity, and advisory services in network security and infrastructure. He acts as a liaison between customers and the Tec-Refresh sales and technical teams by providing a real world perspective. 

Cory grew up in Orange County, CA, received a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems and Cybersecurity, and served in the United States Air Force as the lead Cyber Systems Operator. Through this position, he was responsible for installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining tactical networks at remote locations by building a network from the ground up.

Time apart from work means Cory is enjoying time with his family. 

A Cyber Security-technology veteran, Mr. Alwan brings more than 20 years of Cyber Security operations, sales, and consulting experience to Tec-Refresh. He is an integral leader in delivering on the company's mission to be the trusted partner to enterprises and government agencies worldwide seeking to secure their data and that of their valued customers.

Mr. Alwan joins Tec-Refresh with a robust set of skills in Network/Infrastructure Security, Cloud Security, Identity Access Management, and Supply Chain Security, alongside a background in GRC and AI Governance. His responsibilities have allowed him to work with clients and teams from many different verticals during his tenure at Check Point Software, McAfee, SecurityScorecard, Egnyte, and Beyond Identity. He has substantial experience working with the F1000 and is well regarded for his customer-centric approach, building long-lasting relationships. A believer in the Cyber Security community, Mr. Alwan has also served as President of the Carolinas Cloud Security Alliance and is active with numerous ISSA, ISACA, and B-Sides organizations.

In addition to taking responsibility for delivering Tec-Refresh's vision, Mr. Alwan will continue to expand the reach of Tec-Refresh's partners, vendors, and consultants into clients where their skills can make a significant impact on Cyber Security challenges.
